DKS was the pavement designer on this project and their role included:
assisting in location of geotechnical testing, calculation of design traffic loading for each link, various pavement designs evaluated and workshopped with contractor, production of detailed reporting and drawings for construction issues, responding to RFI’s during the construction period, facilitating design workshops with construction team to give better understanding of design intent, obtain approvals from TMR on the recommended pavement design.
