Springfield Lakes (Area E – Village 4)
DKS was a consultant to Delfin Land Lease for the development of over 400 residential allotments at Area E; Village 4 at Springfield. Roles included working closely with Delfin’s Urban Designer’s and Architects to provide engineering opportunities and constraints to assist in the generation of the development layout. We are currently in the Operational Works phase where we are undertaking the engineering design for Roads, Stormwater Drainage and Utilities. We have also worked closely with the specialised Stormwater Consultant to design innovative Stormwater solutions including wetlands. |
