LAND DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS

Development Approval of 108 residential allotments located east of Ipswich. Scope included liaison with town planners and council, preparation of assessment reports including Environmental Assessment and Management Plans, Stormwater Quality Management Plans, Mining Investigations, Traffic and the development of lot layouts. Layouts were developed with the integration of over 500 existing native trees on the site, which were identified through detailed surveys to determine the ecological significance. All trees to be retained were assessed by a qualified arborist. Consideration of a retention basin accommodating 90 ha of upstream catchment was also incorporated into the configuration of the layout. Operational Works designs and Contract Administration during construction was also undertaken on the development.
